TWP/TSI/C2 - Shadowband misalignment

The shadowband was not masking the sun at the beginning and ending of each day since the 
vernal equinox because the camera was misaligned with the window. 

The camera lens was re-aligned with the viewing port and the camera enclosure was centered 
on the mirror.
