SGP/SWS/C1 - Instrument calibration and testing

Instrument removed by mentor for calibration.  During calibration, FOV issues were noted 
so instrument was returned to PNNL for measurement of FOV and polarization sensitivity.

The instrument was not on-site.  The data is missing and unrecoverable.
