SGP/SIRS/E31 - Tracker inoperative

The solar tracker was not operating correctly during this period. Site Ops performed 
tracker adjustments to obtain correct positioning. The tracker malfunction adversely affected 
the data from the direct normal instrument (short_direct_normal). Also affected is the 
diffuse shaded global data (down_short_diffuse).

Data are not recoverable.
