SGP/SIRS/E37 - Tracker inoperative

The solar tracker was not operating during this period. Site Ops power cycled the tracker 
6/6/13 and returned it to normal operation. The tracker malfunction adversely affected 
the data from the direct normal instrument (short_direct_normal) and the diffuse shaded 
global data (down_short_diffuse).

• Instantaneous uncorrected downwelling shortwave diffuse, shaded pyranometer
  thermopile voltage(inst_diffuse)
• Instantaneous direct normal shortwave irradiance, pyrheliometer thermopile
  voltage(inst_direct_normal)

• Shortwave direct normal irradiance, pyrheliometer(short_direct_normal)
• Shortwave direct normal irradiance, pyrheliometer, minima(short_direct_normal_min)
