SGP/IRT/C1 - Noisy data

The power supplied to the data logger was very "noisy" causing the surface temperature 
measurements to also be "noisy".

Filter or average the sfc_ir_temp data.

• Surface Infra-Red Temperature, Standard Deviation(sfc_ir_temp_std)
• Surface infra-red temperature(sfc_ir_temp)
