Description:
During the time range specified the GNDRAD datalogger and all instruments were reporting 
either missing or incorrect measurement values.  The problem resolved itself on 8/14/13 
with the shortwave, longwave and IRT instruments returning to normal readings.  

Note that on late GMT on 8/18/13 through early 8/19/13 site ops replaced the logger 
backplane resulting in several hours of missing data.  The shortwave (PSP instrument) and 
longwave(PIR instrument) upwelling data were good before and after this time.
Suggestions: 
Data are unrecoverable.
