SGP/SWATS/E15 - Noisy East 25cm sensor data

The trise variable for the East 25cm sensor was sporadic beginning July 14. The values 
were spiking upward (dry) especially during rain events. 

After re-seating the wires the values returned to normal, less noisy with no spikes during 
rain events.

Use West 25cm sensor data

• Soil water potential, east profile(soilwatpot_e)
• Reference sensor temperature rise, east profile(trise_ref_e)
• Sensor temperature rise, east profile(trise_e)
• Volumetric water content, east profile(watcont_e)
• Fractional water index, east profile(fwi_e)
