Description:
TSI instrument was removed without mentor knowledge.  Associated TSI serial port was 
required for NAV data collection.  NAV data collection resumed after substituting null device 
for missing TSI serial port.

Surrogate motion data sources might be reconstructed depending on specific requirements.
