Description:
Starting at around 08:00 UTC on July 20, the HSRL laser output stopped. The laser was 
repaired by UW SSEC staff on Sept 10 but instrument work continued until Sept 15 22:00 UTC.  
All lidar profiles in this time period should be deemed "bad" and not used.
