There was a power issue with the T/RH sensor.

Use sgpmetE13.b1 or sgpsurthrefC1.b1 T/RH data

• Standard Deviation of Relative Humidity(sd_rh)
• Standard deviation of vapor pressure(sd_vap_pres)
