MAG/MET/M1 - Incorrect ADC wind data

While in dry dock the ADC wind monitor was removed by Horizon Lines. We did not re-deploy. 
 Data for legs 10-19 are not valid and should be ignored.

Use WXT1 and WXT2 winds

• Wind speed vector mean, from measured speed and direction, from the wind monitor
  mounted at the peak of the ship mast(wspd_vector_mean_adc)
• Wind speed standard deviation, from the wind monitor mounted at the peak of the
  ship mast(wspd_std_adc)
• Wind speed scalar mean, from the wind monitor mounted at the peak of the ship
  mast(wspd_scalar_mean_adc)
• Wind direction standard deviation calculated by Yamartino's method, from the
  wind monitor mounted at the peak of the ship mast(wdir_std_adc)
• Relative wind direction vector mean, from the wind monitor mounted at the peak
  of the ship mast(wdir_vector_mean_adc)

• Wind speed measured by the wind monitor mounted at the peak of the ship mast(wspd_adc)
• Wind direction measured by the wind monitor mounted at the peak of the ship mast(wdir_adc)
