Description:
The shadowband was not properly shading the diffuser.  This precludes accurate separation 
of the direct and diffuse irradiance components.  The total irradiances will be mostly 
unaffected, but direct normal, direct horizontal, and diffuse irradiances will be 
unreliable.
Suggestions: 
Use MFRSR data as a substitute for the direct and diffuse components
