TWP/RL/C3 - Invalid depolarization channel data

The depolarization channel was not working properly during the period in question due to a 
failure of the high voltage power supply for the PMT.

Do not use data from the VAPs listed above during the effected period.

• Mean electronic background subtracted from the high channel depolarization

• Cloud optical thickness computed from nitrogen data(cloud_optical_thickness_n2)
• Linear depolarization ratio profile(depolarization_ratio)
• Cloud mask(cloud_mask)
• Altitude of cloud top used in retrieval(cloud_top_height)

• Depolarization calibration factor(calibration_factor)
• Cloud optical thickness computed from aerosol (elastic) data(cloud_optical_thickness_aer)
