TMP/TSI/M1 - Shadowband Misalignment

The shadowband was not blocking the sun at sunrise and sunset because it appeared to be 
not properly oriented with true north. The entire TSI was rotated ~ -2 degrees from the 
true north reference.

• Pixel count: number thin in sun circle(region_sun_count_thin)
• Pixel count: number total between horizon and processed circle(count_sub_proczen)
• Pixel count: number thin in horizon area(region_horizon_count_thin)
• Pixel count: number opaque in sun circle(region_sun_count_opaque)
• Pixel count: number opaque in horizon area(region_horizon_count_opaque)
• Pixel count: number total in horizon area(region_horizon_count)
• Pixel count: number total in sun circle(region_sun_count)
