MAO/NFOV/M1 - Channels over-ranging/saturation

The NFOV is a zenith pointing instrument with a very narrow field-of-view.  As such the 
signals measured are typically very small.  In Brazil there are times when the sun is close 
to directly overhead.  When this occurs the channels saturate.
