Large spikes (>100 ppbv) exist in the data presumably due to onsite operation of equipment 
and/or onsite generator.  Last event bracketed by pump outages on generator transfer.

• One minute PMT temperature average from the NOx TEI(nox_pmt_temp)
• One minute average background level from NOy TEI(noy_pre)
• One minute chassis temperature average from NOy TEI(noy_internal_temp)
• 10-m converter box temperature(inlet_temp)
• One minute sample flow average from NOx TEI (this varies as the PreR valve
