TMP/PSAP/S1 - Reprocess: Ingest problem

A logic error in the code cause the program to fail when there were no impactor data 
available.

• Aerosol light absorption coefficient, nominal green wavelength at dry or
  reference RH(Ba_G_PSAP3W)
• AOS PSAP3W transmittance, green channel(transmittance_G)
• Aerosol light absorption coefficient, nominal blue wavelength at dry or
  reference RH(Ba_B_PSAP3W)
• Dilution flow rate(dilution_flow)
• Mass flow(mass_flow)
• Impactor setting in terms of aerodynamic diameter cut off(impactor_setting)
• Aerosol light absorption coefficient, nominal red wavelength at dry or reference
  RH(Ba_R_PSAP3W)
• AOS Ba_R_CLAP3W transmittance, red channel(transmittance_R)
• Diffusion flow valve position(dilution_flow_valve_position)
• AOS Ba_B_CLAP3W transmittance, blue channel(transmittance_B)
• Flow setpoint(dilution_flow_setpoint)
