TWP/RL/C3 - Questionable data due to ongoing problems in the laser system

The lidar system was mostly inoperable during the period in question. There are some brief 
periods where data were recorded and ingested by the DMF. The continuity of these data 
are poor and thus negatively impact the VAPs ability to perform calibrations accurately.
