Description:
There are three different shading problem periods covered by this DQPR. 
1) 4/9 - 6/18: Affected hours are 1745 - 2230 
2) 6/19 - 7/9: Affected hours are 1200 - 1530 
3) 7/9 - 7/15: Affected hours are 1845 - 2230 

The first period was the original problem. An attempt was made to resolve it on 6/18, but 
that merely moved the problem to a different hour range. Same thing happened again on 
7/9. On 7/15 a complete set-up and alignment was performed which ultimately resolved the 
shading problem. The end date of this DQPR is on the 14th even though the maintenance was on 
the 15th. The maintenance on the 15th was before the affected hours that day, so that 
last affected data are on the previous day.
