Description:
The SASHe azimuth stage began to exhibit wear and lose the ability to consistently track 
the sun, ultimately leading to incorrect identification of the direct and diffuse 
irradiance components - especially in the hours around solar noon.  Total hemispheric irradiances 
are of acceptable quality.
Suggestions: 
Avoid data within two hours of local noon.
