MAO/TRACEGAS/S1 - Instrument problem

Photolysis cell efficiency decreased from the beginning of the deployment due to some of 
the LEDs on the converter lamp failing. During February and March, the photolysis cell 
efficiency decreased to approximately 0.2. NO2 Data is provided during this period using the 
compromised lamp and adjusted for lower efficiency.
