OLI/MET/M1 - Instrument problem

The chilled mirror dew point, vapor pressure, and relative humidity data fall out of 
agreement with co-located sensors during this time. After an instrument self-check, the 
problem was resolved.

Use rh_mean, vapor_pressure_mean, and dew_point_mean from this data stream.

• CMH dew point(cmh_dew_point)
• CMH vapor pressure, calculated(cmh_vapor_pressure)
• CMH relative humidity, calculated(cmh_rh)
