MAG/CCN/M1 - Problem with time fields

Description:
During the deployment the instrument time for the CCN was not automatically synched and 
tended to drift relative to the time corrected by a time server. In addition, the clock was 
set 1 hour off during the first time range.  

During the first time range the CCN time was fast from ~55 to 72 minutes

During the second time range the CCN time was fast from ~1 to 10 minutes.  

These approximations were determined by comparing the time of spikes in UHSAS CPC data and 
are very rough.

A document attached to DQPR 4362 shows the time of the peaks used to approximate the error 
in the time.
Suggestions: 
Use the data averaged over longer periods.
