MAO/PSAP/M1 - PSAP reference signal not stable

Problem with reference signal decreasing with time. Could be potential leak or missing 
o-ring

• AOS Ba_B_CLAP3W_1 (NOAA) sample length, needed to calculate Beers Law(sample_length)
• Aerosol light absorption coefficient, nominal blue wavelength at dry or
  reference RH(Ba_B_PSAP3W)
• Aerosol light absorption coefficient, nominal green wavelength at dry or
  reference RH(Ba_G_PSAP3W)
