SGP/SEBS/E33 - Surface Energy Balance Sometimes Incorrect

Soil heat flow 1 was sometimes incorrect (spiked), causing the surface energy balance to 
be incorrect.

• Surface soil heat flux, average of fluxes 1-5(surface_soil_heat_flux_avg)
• Soil heat flow 1(soil_heat_flow_1)
• Surface energy balance(surface_energy_balance)
• Surface soil heat flux 1(surface_soil_heat_flux_1)
• Soil heat flow 1, corrected for soil moisture(corr_soil_heat_flow_1)
