ACX/CCN/M1 - Flooding and air pump failure

Description:
The CCN100 suffered a sporadic failure of its air pump. It would work for a while and then 
stop. The CCN100 column flooded when the air pump stopped since there was no flowing air 
to remove the constantly fed water. So it was a cycle of flooding and drying inside the 
CCN100.
