ENA/MWRP/C1 - Occasional outages of surface T/RH readings

Occasionally the surface temperature and relative humidity readings are not updated and 
the measurements appear flat for short times. The primary data are most likely not affected 
because the surface measurements are flatlined for short intervals when big changes are 
not expected.

Screen data for flatlined periods before using.

• Surface pressure at instrument(surfacePressure)
• Ambient surface absolute temperature(surfaceTemperature)
• Surface water vapor density at instrument(surfaceWaterVaporDensity)
• Ambient surface relative humidity(surfaceRelativeHumidity)
