MAO/TRACEGAS/S1 - Data spikes

There are multiple dropouts of 1-3 s where the instrument appears to lose laser lock.  
These result in spikes of -1 and > 2 ppmv on the output and should be ignored.  Total amount 
of data loss is very minimal (~120 s over the two weeks)

Remove spikes before using data

• Nitrous oxide (N2O) mixing ratio corrected for water vapor concentration and
  calculated with nominal sensitivity correction(n2o_dry)
• Measured water content(h2o)
• Carbon monoxide (CO) mixing ratio corrected for water vapor concentration and
  calculated with nominal sensitivity correction(co_dry)
• Carbon monoxide concentration(co)
• Nitrous oxide (N2O) mixing ratio calculated with nominal sensitivity correction(n2o)
