ACX/HTDMA/M1 - Failure to fill butanol into HTDMA

CPC counts went to zero and remained at zero until the end of the stated time range. The 
CPC was on and detecting only shot noise from the optical detector. Indications suggest 
that butanol was not being filled into the HT-DMA

• Humid aerosol particle relative humidity(humid_rh)
• Humidified DMA scanning time instrument setting(scan_time_setting)
• Total scan concentration over all bins(total_concentration)
• Number of bins stored in data block(num_bins)
• Bin numbers for sweep measurements(bin)
• Sampling mode scan type(scan_type)
