SGP/RL/C1 - Alignment malfunction resulting in poor signal-to-noise ratio

The signal-to-noise ratio was poor during the effected period due to a malfunction of the 
alignment system. This was probably caused by a problem in the stepper motor that 
controls the beam steering mirror.

Users should avoid using data during this period.

• Number of photons counted in the high elastic (aerosol) channel(elastic_counts_high)
• Count rate in the high water vapor channel(water_counts_high)
