MAO/PASS/S1 - Instrument problem

Incorrect/Suspect Data due to noise
Noise was present at the start of the deployment due to unrecoverable issues occurring 
during shipment. Period 1 (P1) is for this period until when the instrument was removed for 
repair.  P2 is the period when the spare PASS was installed. P3 is the period of spare 
PASS data after a repair was attempted in the field.  P4 is when the original PASS was 
reinstalled after repair at the manufacturer.
