Description:	Data Gaps > 1h due to Tr<0.7, pump turned off, etc. There were MANY gaps this month due to biomass burning (multiple filter changes). Also, the sonde Operators apparently changed PSAP filters without resetting the transmission or resetting it the wrong way. Multiple periods of incorrect data have been flagged in the Mentor QA/QC sets
