OLI/RL/M1 - Bad and missing aerosol data

During this period, the "aerosol low" and "aerosol high" data channels are bad (PMT 
high-voltage supply died); the "depol" channel continued to work properly.

Do not use data

• Summed analog signal in the low elastic channel(elastic_analog_low)
• Summed analog signal in the high elastic channel(elastic_analog_high)
