DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 


The RAIN ingest has been updated to create for weighing bucket instrument and the data 
were reprocessed.
The new datastream names are tmprainwbM1.a1 and tmprainwbM1.b1.

The data were archived in September 2016. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in 
your analysis.

Per BCR-02233, the RAIN datastreams were updated to included the type of instrument making 
the measurement.  The MAO RAIN should be reprocessed to RAINWB
