Description:
DATA REPROCESSED and CORRECTED: 
The data were noisy and the current filter did not fully resolve the problem. The 
instrument consistently underreported rain rates. Data were reprocessed to 5 minute averages to 
perform better.

The data were updated to include the type of instrument making the measurement. The RAIN 
ingest has been updated to create an option for a weighing bucket instrument and the data 
were reprocessed.

The data were reprocessed to RAINWB, resulting in a new datastream named twprainwbC1.b1.

The data were archived in September 2016. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in 
your analysis.

Per BCR-02233, the RAIN datastreams were updated to included the type of instrument making 
the measurement.  The RAIN should be reprocessed to RAINWB
