The RAIN ingest has been updated to create for weighing bucket instrument and the data 
were reprocessed.
The new datastream names are twprainwbC3.a1 and twprainwbC3.b1.

The data were archived in September 2016. Please retrieve the reprocessed data for use in 
your analysis.
