Description:
Analysis of the PARS2 and the PWD precipitation data indicate that the results are 
suspect, possibly due to frost/blowing snow.  Both instruments reported precipitation for a 
majority of the days.

The TSI movies were reviewed and the days of noticeable precipitation are:
