ENA/NEPHELOMETER/C1 - Pentras dry air supply offline

Pentras dry air supply was turned off from 11/05/2015 - 02/01/2016 (first time range) due 
to the failures of several internal parts. It was then left off from 02/01/2016 - 16:20 
UTC on 06/01/2016 (second time range). No dry air for the humidigraph during either time 
range. Humidigraph working, but with an RH different than what is normally used. Data 
quality is not affected.
