SGP/RL/C1 - Suboptimal laser focus

Description:
The laser focus was less than optimal during this time period. Initially, it appeared that 
the focus was in too close. A first attempt at adjusting the focus was made at about 
1830 UTC on 20160203. This resulted in the focus being adjusted too far out. The focus was 
then adjusted again to bring it back in a little at ~2030 on 20160209, and this did the 
trick.
Suggestions: 
Users are cautioned that the data recorded during the effected time are not optimal.
