Description:
Channel 940 is dropping out due to a connector or cable problem.  Initial maintenance on 
20160302 made the problem worse.  Two DQRs are being written to describe the problem as it 
became quite different after the first maintenance attempt.  This DQR describes the 
first period.

This DQR covers a mix of diffuse, direct and total.  In not every flagged instance are all 
three affected.  It was becoming too cumbersome to distinguish between each, so all 
three are lumped together.
