ENA/CEIL/C1 - Reprocess: PBL height data

The software that produces the PBL data stopped running and the computer was restarted.

These data will be reprocessed using the ceil raw data and software supplied by the vendor.

• Number of samples averaged to calculate the current BL_HEIGHTs(sample_count)
• Third boundary layer height candidate(bl_height_3)
• First boundary layer height candidate(bl_height_1)
• Lowest cloud base height detected(first_cbh)
• Second boundary layer height candidate(bl_height_2)
• time_in_seconds_since_volume_start(time)
• lon(lon)
• Detection status.(detection_status)
• base time in epoch(base_time)
• -180.0 - +180.0(alt)
• Third cloud base height(third_cbh)
• Second lowest cloud base height(second_cbh)
• Quality index for second boundary layer height candidate(bl_index_2)
• North Latitude(lat)
• Quality index for third boundary layer height candidate(bl_index_3)
• Quality index for first boundary layer height candidate(bl_index_1)
• Time offset from base_time(time_offset)
