Description:
MPL data is not noticeably affected by the failure of the heater fan. For the time period 
of the DQR, a comparison with ceilometer signal returns shows similar cloud base heights.
Suggestions: 
Data, especially at daytime, can potentially be used. Use ceilometer data.
