AWR/AOSMET/M1 - Poor sensitivity to snow

The sensor plate that detects precipitation impact is not sensitive enough to detect snow 
(especially light snow). During the AWR deployment, all precipitation measurements from 
the AOSMETM1 data streams should be carefully considered and compared with colocated 
precipitation measurements.
