SGP/MFRSR/E35 - Instrument problem, ch 415 not functioning

Channel 415 is not functioning during the period covered by this DQR.  The problem was 
associated with the signal cable.  The cable was replaced and 415 came back.  The cable may 
be defective, or it's possible it was making a poor connection at the sensor.
