OLI/KAZR/D1/M1 - Reprocess: Datastream mode name is incorrect

The KAZR operating mode name in these datastream names, 'hi', is incorrect.  The correct 
mode name is 'md' since these datastreams contain 4-microsec pulse width chirp data rather 
than 12-microsec pulse width chip data.
