Description:
No data were acquired during this period because the instrument was in the process of 
being swapped out. Prior to 2016-05-12, the Oliktok Doppler lidar was a Halo Photonics 
StreamLine (S/N 0514-83). This was replaced with a Halo Photonics StreamLinePro (S/N 0116-109).
