Description:
A weighing bucket rain gauge was installed during this time frame.  There was a consistent 
problem with noisy in the data from the start.  The 1 minute data are in the a1-level 
files and the 5-minute averages are in the b1-level. 

Daily accumulations calculated from the b1-level data do agree fairly well with the other 
instruments onsite at times.  It is recommended that a user also orders the MET, 
Disdrometer, or VDIS datastreams for comparison.
