A power interruption resulted in missing wind data during this time.

Consider using wind_speed and wind_direction from the olimawsM1.b1 datastream.

• Wind direction vector mean(wdir_vec_mean)
• Wind direction vector mean standard deviation(wdir_vec_std)
• Wind speed arithmetic mean(wspd_arith_mean)
