PVC/OZONE/S1 - Reprocess: pvcaosozoneS1.a1 to pvcaoso3S1.a1

The pvcaosozoneS1.a1 data is being renamed to aoso3.a1. In addition to the rename, we are 
adding data from raw data columns that were missed. These additional columns will be used 
in subsequent downstream processing.
