Description:
Banding issues leading to imperfect shading dominate the data for this period.  At times 
the banding issues were quite subtle leading to problems only for limited periods of the 
day especially when the sun is low and this leads to serious calibration errors.
Suggestions: 
Do not use this data.  Use MFRSR or CSPHOT (AERONET) measurements instead.
